For my Independent TV Company module, as a group we came up with our own production company called Chocolate Milk Productions, we came up with the idea of creating a student based cooking show called Chop It Like It's Hot, we sourced contributors, and confirmed filming days with the cast and crew, booked equipment and managed to film and edit a 20 minute pilot episode. TV Documentary
For my TV Documentary workshop in second year I was tasked with creating an 8-10 minute documentary with my group, which included Joshua Thomas, Adele Brain and Bethany Horton. We came up with the idea to create a documentary about the next generation of dance. We used Beth's friend, Inderpreet Kaur as our presenter and interviewed one of Adele's friends Francoise Baptiste who runs a dance society at BCU. We also managed to get other contributors, travelling to Wolverhampton to interview Jaivant Patel, from the Arena theater. We traveled to West Bromwich to interview Chitraleka Bolar, who was putting on a dance event at the Bethel Convention Center. And we traveled local, to Digbeth to interview Sonia Sabri, a dance teacher.
